Shipping policy
At VelvaWave, we aim to make your shopping experience simple and reliable from the moment you place your order until it arrives at your door.
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1 business day after your order is successfully placed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information, where available.
Shipping & Delivery Time
Our estimated delivery time is 7–9 business days after your order has been processed.
Please note that delivery estimates may occasionally be affected by circumstances outside our control, such as carrier delays, severe weather, holidays, or other logistical disruptions.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, tracking details will be sent to the email address provided during checkout. Please allow some time for tracking information to become active after receiving your shipping confirmation.
Order Cancellation
Orders may only be cancelled within 24 hours of being placed.
If you would like to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible within this 24-hour period. Once the cancellation window has passed, we cannot guarantee that the order can be stopped or cancelled, as it may already have entered the fulfillment process.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information at checkout. If you notice an error in your address, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been shipped, we may not be able to change its delivery address.
Delayed or Missing Orders
If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, please check your tracking information first. If you still need assistance, contact the VelvaWave Customer Support Team, and we’ll be happy to help investigate your shipment.
